Corrective Exercise and Maintenance Program to Keep the Right Knee Healthy of a Young Female Tennis Player

I did this video for a client who wanted a reminder of exactly what to do. This is a short corrective exercise program and although basic, if preformed regularly and with excellent technique will help stabilize the core and right knee. The client’s right foot turned out, right knee moved in, low back arched and right arm fell forward more than the left. this program is about 10-15 minutes when performed straight through.
