Self Shoulder Mobilization to Improve Upward Rotation fo the Scapluae: Impingement Prevention

Hi guys,

Here is a quick video about a self shoulder mobilizations to improve upward rotation of the scapula and prevent impingement at the shoulder joint. This is a handy corrective exercise trick a Physical Therapist friend of mine Kristin Mohr at Integrative Therapeutics (508.647.3200) taught me.
